Delivery Information
All Orders are processed within 4 hours during office hours.
Orders received before 13.00 GMT will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next working day. Please note that orders received past 13.00 on a Friday, will be shipped the following working Monday.
Orders are shipped using our current partners Royal Mail, FEDEX or DHL depending on your choice and best available courier solution.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
DOLCE V only accepts orders for products that are in stock.
The steps are the following:
- Payment is accepted and billing address verified
- Delivery address is verified and confirmed. Please note that should your first order request a different delivery address to billing address, some delay may be caused while we verify this with you.

Returns Policy
All items may be returned for full refund or exchange. Customers must request, via email, to return items within 7 days of receipt. For UK orders, DOLCE V will provide a courier to collect items from an address of the Customer's choice. Goods should be returned to: DOLCE V Returns, 18 Brooksville Avenue, London NW6 6TG United Kingdom.
The Process is Easy
In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain a Return (R) number by emailing us at returns@dolcev.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
The R number issued via email needs to go on the box used to return the item.
For UK orders returns are free. We will arrange collection of the goods via our courier partner DHL. International returns need to be shipped with a Recorded method.
International Duty and Shipping
International orders are exclusive of duty and custom charges. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You may be requested to pay additional local sales taxes at the time of delivery of your order. Depending on your Country of residence, DOLCE V advise that import duty and local sales taxes may not be refundable to Non-E.U. customers wishing to return items.
Exchanges and returns received outside of the DOLCE V timescales depend on product availability and the customer will incur all shipping costs.
You should make the goods available for collection by DHL (or our courier service for DOLCE V.I.P. customers).
PLEASE NOTE
- Should you receive faulty items, please inform us at customercare@dolcev.com immediately. Having failed to do that, should you wish to return the goods, the refund will be entirely at our discretion and we might refund you neither in part nor fully.
- Returns on non-faulty items of lingerie and swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is in place.
- We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
- DOLCE V will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and where tags have been removed
REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of the goods having returned to DOLCE V intact. The amount will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
