You can check the current status of your shipment by viewing Order History/Tracking in your DOLCE V.I.P. Log in page.
DOLCE V will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of 12 months. Please note that only a record of your transaction is kept on the DOLCE V web site; your credit card details are not kept on the Web site.
