GIFT BOX

All DOLCE V orders are shipped in a standard and free soft black tissue paper beautifully wrapped with a VV Rouleaux satin ribbon. The standard packaging feels as luxurious and expensive as the garments inside the wrapping.

On top of the standard free wrapping, we offer a special gift packaging which comes in a beautiful gift satin black box. The items will sit inside the box wrapped with branded tissue paper and satin VV Rouleaux ribbon. It’s a very special packaging for a very special occasion.

To select the black gift box, you need to simply select the Gift Box option in the checkout. You will also be given the option to write your own message which will get handwritten on a chic white non branded card.

The charge for the gift box is £5.50. If your order has to be split into separate shipments, all shipments on that order will be gift boxed at no extra charge.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

Prices quoted on our site are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), and this is the currency in which you will be charged.

You can choose to display another currency for comparison in the “Change Currency” button in the product details page - (please note that this is for information - the transaction will be completed in GBP and converted by your bank at their prevailing exchange rate of the day of the purchase).

DOLCE Vouchers

These are electronic vouchers sent via email to your chosen recipient. You pay, they get it! Simple.

The DOLCE Vouchers are available in any value you will want to purchase them for and can be used to pay for anything on the Dolcev.com site.

If you received a DOLCE Voucher

• Browse the site
• Choose what you want
• Add the items to your shopping bag
• Go to the Checkout as you would if you were buying with your card
• Insert your voucher code on the Payment Details page, where you have the option of DOLCE Vouchers.
• Enter your 16 digit e-voucher number as per the e-voucher number you received electronically.
• If your e-voucher balance is insufficient for the order value, you will be prompted to enter your credit or debit card details for the outstanding balance.

DOLCE Vouchers Terms and Conditions

• You may use DOLCE Voucher to pay in full or in part for any product for sale on DOLCEV.COM
• Any unused e-voucher balance will be retained on your voucher number which you can to buy something else at another point in time.
• The DOLCE Vouchers are non-returnable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
