HOW TO PAY
Cards
Customers may pay by using their own credit or debit card. On receipt of order, the payment is processed and debited.
The card issuer will perform usual verification checks. In the event of card refusal, DOLCE V is not liable for non-delivery or delay.
The transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway at Protx.
DOLCE V does not hold credit card information
DOLCE Vouchers
If you have a DOLCEV.COM e-voucher, enter the details at the checkout page. If the balance on your gift voucher is not enough, you will be able to add credit/debit card details to make up for the difference.
Your personal DOLCE V.I.P.account
The information contained in your account is your delivery and billing details and a record of your orders.
If you are a new customer, you can create an account by going to the JOIN link on the top of the page and there you can JOIN DOLCE V.I.P.. You will need to enter your personal details and your chosen password.
You will need to be logged in your Account to place orders on the site, see or edit your personal details and track your orders online. Please be aware that we do not store your credit card details online.
If you can't remember your password, please go to the DOLCE V.I.P. page, click the “FORGOTTEN PASSWORD” button, enter your email address, click on “SEND” and your password will be sent to you.
Our customer service cannot send your password via email because they have no access to it.
